Chinese New Year
Come along to the Gardens to celebrate the start of the Year of Monkey!
Unfortunately, due to high winds and bad weather, we will not have street food this Saturday. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
We will have a whole weekend of fun on offer, perfect to bring all the family along.
We will have lots of fun on offer –
– Saturday 6th February we will have a Chinese dance performed here in the Gardens! The first performance is at 1.00pm and the second is at 1.45pm.
-Taste and Liquor will be on hand to provide some truly scrumptious street food
-Craft activities, including make and decorate your own lantern, and calligraphy
-Educational activity trail, a Panda trail to find out more about the plants used in China for food and medicine.
– Chinese New Year cards to colour and make for younger children
