Booking School Visits

 

General Information

Pre-booking for all school groups during term-time is essential, even if you don't need the Study Centre building or wish to be self-guided. The site can accommodate 120 children per day, consisting of 60 Birmingham Local Authority School pupils and 60 Non-Birmingham Local Authority School pupils. There is a charge made for all school admissions, and the current rate is available in the drop-down menu under the 'Education' tab above.

Once you have secured a date in our diary, please complete and return the PDF IconEducation Booking Form straight away to guarantee your booking date. Please note that once you have booked a date with us and you cancel your booking within 4 weeks of your visit date, the full charge will be made. This applies to all bookings made regardless of the reason for your cancellation or whether you have sent in a booking form.

Please note that visits for groups during school holidays and weekends are usually offered on a self-guided basis. However, if you are interested in adding an educational activity or tour to your visit, please contact us to find out what's available.
