Birmingham Botanical Gardens is looking for one part-time receptionist to support the daily

running of the busy reception area at the visitor


The ideal candidate would be friendly and welcoming to all guests with outstanding communication skills. The customer experience will be at the forefront of all decisions to ensure that the Gardens maintains its reputation for delivering excellent service.

As a receptionist, daily responsibilities would include welcoming visitors, cash handling, promoting gift aid, memberships and events, dealing with telephone enquiries, and handling post. Experience with computer software such as Microsoft Office is required in order to update various databases.

The positions are part-time. Hours worked will be negotiated at the interview stage.
