Remembering The Botanical Gardens In Your Will

Leave a Legacy

To share your passion for nature and help to secure the future of The Birmingham Botanical Gardens, please consider making a gift or bequeathing a legacy to the Gardens in your will.

As a charity, The Birmingham Botanical Gardens receives no regular public funding. Instead, we rely solely on the generosity of public donations, grants, and income we generate from visitors and through conferences, weddings, and other events.

Thanks to the generosity of individuals, we can continue to preserve Birmingham’s unique heritage site and Gardens for future generations, as well as making a vital contribution to plant diversity and a greener, more sustainable planet.

By making a legacy, you can help us to deliver horticultural, educational, scientific, heritage, social and cultural excellence, to maintain and improve The Birmingham Botanical Gardens for current and future generations. Please do speak to us if there is a particular project or area of the Garden that you would like to support.

If you would like to make a gift and leave a legacy to the Gardens in your will, it would be helpful to provide your solicitor with the following information:

  • Our Registered Charity Name: “The Birmingham Botanical and Horticultural Society Limited”
  • Our Registered Charity Number: 528981
  • Our Registered Charity Address: Birmingham Botanical Gardens, Westbourne Road, Edgbaston, Birmingham, B15 3TR
