Cafe and Gallery refurbishments breathe new life to our Gardens
Birmingham Botanical Gardens has had an early spring-cleaning session and has renovated two well-loved areas, the Gallery and the Pavilion Tea Rooms.
Our Gallery, that can be accessed via our reception, will now be open throughout the year for visitors to browse through the large range of vibrant canvasses, prints and clocks. The art will inspire visitors before their trip around the Gardens. The best part is that all pieces will be available to purchase from the Botanical Gardens shop. Take a little piece of our Gardens home with you after a busy day exploring.
The revamped gallery will also be the home to one-off exhibitions such as our popular WW1 exhibit in August, which showcased memorial artwork courtesy of the pupils from local primary schools.
However, the Gallery is not the only place that’s received some TLC. The Pavilion Tea Room has been given a new lease of life with a lovely make-over including vintage accessories and a new colour scheme, making the cafe the perfect place for you to unwind and take a break. Come and enjoy a coffee, lunch or tasty treat.
