Half Term Fun – May/June 2018

Admissions: Normal admission applies. Under-16s have free entrance from Monday to Friday.

Bring the family to the Birmingham Botanical Gardens for some fantastic Summer fun!

We will have a week of activities to keep the kids happy during the half term, including; live animal presentations, arts and crafts, story walks and summer activity sheets! Our amazing butterfly house will also re-open for the summer.

Activities will take place between 10.30am-3pm.

To celebrate the opening of our butterfly house, have a special butterfly trail available to buy at reception!

Monday 28th

Arts and Crafts will be taking place as a drop in session.

Tuesday 29th 

Meet our animals! We will be giving presentations throughout the day from 10.30 until 3.00pm. You’ll have the opportunity to learn about some of the animals we keep in our Education department, chosen from; Corn Snake, Panther Chameleon, Gargoyle Gecko, Fire Salamander, Giant Chocolate Millipede, Bearded Dragon, Poisonous Dart Frog, Giant African Land Snail and Stick Insect! Spaces are limited, with 40 per session. Tickets can be collected at reception. There is no extra charge, but we will hand them out on a first come first served basis.

Bibbledy Bob will be making a special visit – expect lots of music, fun and games! Perfect for a sunny day!
