Tai Chi at the Gardens
Start your weekend off with tai chi in the beautiful surroundings of the Gardens.
Tai chi combines deep breathing and relaxation with flowing movements. Studies have shown that tai chi can help reduce stress, improve posture, balance and general mobility, and increase muscle strength in the legs.
The session will run between 10:30 and 11:30 am.
Anyone can join in for no additional price – however, normal admission prices still apply.
