Evening educational meeting in the Loudon Suite

A prestigious medical company come to Birmingham Botanical Gardens every quarter to hold evening educational meetings. Holding regular events allows clients and their guests to see the Gardens in their year-round beauty. With so many changes here across the seasons, guests and clients can capture the sense of a fresh and exciting setting each time they visit but with all the benefits and convenience of a familiar venue.

The company use the Loudon Suite for the evening. Their intimate events for thirty guests take place in the early evening and consist of a seminar featuring a key speaker, followed by a drinks reception and dinner.

The Cedar Room is dressed in cabaret style for the seminar, after which guests move through to the Conservatory for the reception and catering, a hot fork buffet.

Most recently, the attendees enjoyed an Indian style menu with a choice of curry dishes and classic sides, followed by a British favourite, sticky toffee pudding with cream. During the drinks reception, guests could choose between wine, bottled beer, and a range of soft drinks.

“I choose Birmingham Botanical Gardens because the food is delicious, especially the Cashew Nut and Pumpkin Curry, and always freshly prepared. The delegates indicate to me that they find the venue central with ease of parking and a good relaxing environment. The staff have always been incredibly courteous. This is a venue with the personal touch but within a great central location.”
