Do I have to prebook my ticket?
You purchase a ticket on arrival from the Welcome Desk on the day of your visit. However, we advise guests to pre-book tickets online to guarantee your entry into one of Birmingham’s best days out!
How do I get there?

What time does the Gardens open and close?

Can I bring my dog?
Dogs are not allowed into the gardens as they may disturb our animals and wildlife. However, Guide Dogs and Assistance Animals are permitted within the gardens.
How accessible is the Gardens?

Is there a car park?
There is a car park on site. Members can park for free but must register their vehicle in reception each time they visit to avoid being charged.Non-Member visitors must pay £3 to park in our car park and must be sure to register their vehicle in reception. Failure to do so will result in a fine.
Can I do a photoshoot in the Gardens?

Can I buy something to eat there?
Absolutely, we have a Tea Room over looking the Gardens where you can buy hot and cold refreshments. You can sit inside or enjoy the views from the terrace.
Do you sell Gifts and Plants?
Yes! Our newly revamped Gift Shop is full of perfect gifts for all ages. We have a great selection of books, homeware, cards, toys, confectionary and more! We also have a spectacular range of high quality Plants for sale. Customers just visiting the shop and not entering the Gardens get free parking for 45 minutes.
