Croydon Young Musicians

Croydon Young Musicians comprises students from Croydon Youth Orchestra, Croydon Youth Concert Orchestra, and Croydon Youth Jazz Band. These ensembles rehearse weekly with specialist tutors from Croydon’s Music Education Hub and perform regularly in concerts in the area, including collaborations with local partner organisations such as the London Mozart Players, the Royal College of Music, and the Grand Union Orchestra. Our summer tour programme will feature a range of popular classics and music from films and tv, reflecting the usual repertoire of our Concert Orchestra. Croydon will be the London Borough of Culture in 2023 and we are looking forward to taking part in various performances from Fairfield Halls to Crystal Palace football ground to celebrate our rich cultural diversity.
