Gardens Yoga: Morning Practice

Rise and shine with us this summer as we take our yoga practice outside! 

Join I AM YOGI’s experienced yoga teachers as they guide you through a blend of flows and poses to awaken your body first thing in the morning and uplift your mind for the weekend ahead.

Along with some mindful breathwork and time for relaxation, you will feel a sense of peace and clarity wash over you, enabling you to feel a deeper connection to yourself, others and the world around you.

These sessions will be running every Saturday from the middle of May until the end of September. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or new to the practice – everyone is welcome to join us outside to experience the transformative power of practising yoga in nature. 

Attendees will have exclusive access to the gardens and get to enjoy the calmness and peace before they open to the rest of the public!

Following the practice, there will be a chance to meet your fellow yogis over a cup of herbal tea, where you can share your experiences and revel in the sense of camaraderie that comes from practising outside together. 

Let’s feel the grass between our toes and breathe in the fresh, floral air – as we escape the hustle and bustle of modern life and take a sunny savasana under the trees.

FAQs

What if it rains or the ground is too wet? 

If the weather isn’t suitable, we will cancel the session and issue a refund. You will be notified as soon as possible by email and we will give you the opportunity to book on to another date, depending on availability. 

Where are they taking place? 

These sessions will take place in various locations across the gardens but you will always sign in at the large gate on the left hand side of the car park. The full details will be sent to you in a reminder email a few days before the session. 

What do I need to bring with me? 

We will have spare yoga mats available but encourage you to bring your own if you have one. We also recommend bringing some water and wearing layers. 

Is parking included in the price?

Yes! On your way out of the gardens, all you need to do is enter your registration plate on the tablet at reception.

Can I visit the gardens afterwards?

Yes, you’re more than welcome to have a walk around the gardens after the session. 

Who is this suitable for? 

These sessions are suitable for all ability levels. Some knowledge or awareness of yoga is advisable. If you are concerned about your suitability, please contact us using the email below.
